• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microservices Architecture is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Apache Kafka, SQL Databases, and API Development is suggested.

Hybrid – 3 days/weekly (60%) onsite – Dallas, TX

Requirement: 5 days away mandate per quarter

• Minimum 5 years experience in Java Backend Application Development
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java
• Experience in API Development
• Experience with Microservices
• High School Diploma or GED
