Sr Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a full‑stack engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, architecture, and data. This role is for someone who enjoys owning systems end‑to‑end — from the UI layer to backend services, from API design to database performance tuning. What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years Strong hands‑on experience with React, NodeJS, and Python
• Ability to design and build RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and modern front‑end patterns
• Experience with Mongo
  
  DB or any modern database (SQL or No
  
  SQL)
• Comfort working across the full stack: frontend, backend, data, and integrations
• Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and code review best practices
• Experience with unit testing, TDD, and automated test frameworks
• Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly

What You’ll Own

• Lead the technical design across the entire stack — frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and system integrations
• Ensure the platform is built for scalability, performance, and long‑term maintainability

Frontend Engineering

• Build responsive, high‑performance interfaces using React
• Optimize rendering, bundling, caching, and client‑side performance
• Collaborate with designers to translate UX concepts into production‑ready components
• Develop backend services in NodeJS and Python
• Build synchronous and asynchronous Python APIs using Flask and FastAPI
• Implement RESTful services, authentication flows, and integration endpoints
• Improve and refactor existing APIs for speed, reliability, and clarity

Data Layer & Database Ownership

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Mongo
  
  DB instances
• Ensure high availability, indexing strategy, and query performance
• Work with multi‑layered data sets and design efficient data flows

Quality, Testing & Reliability

• Write clean, testable code with strong unit test coverage
• Use TDD practices to ensure reliability and reduce regressions
• Validate API behavior, interpret test results, and troubleshoot issues
• Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to build dashboards, tools, and data‑driven features
• Communicate technical tradeoffs and guide stakeholders toward the best solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions
