Your role will be pivotal in delivering seamless digital experiences, utilizing advanced Java frameworks and tools to meet the evolving needs of the financial industry.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

• Design, implement, and maintain Java‑based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Leverage Kafka for real‑time messaging and event‑driven architecture.
• Collaborate with team members using Git Hub, including leveraging Git Hub Copilot to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate microservices with various banking systems and third‑party APIs.
• Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability, reliability, and security.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices.
• Working knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Proficiency in using Git Hub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI‑powered coding tools like Git Hub Copilot.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment practices.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and team‑oriented mindset.
