Position OverviewAs a Senior Angular / Full-Stack Engineer on the Plans team, you’ll play a central role in building and evolving the provider-facing applications that power treatment planning, plan configuration, and eligibility workflows.
This role is Angular-first and UI-driven
, focused on designing and delivering complex, intuitive workflows backed by robust APIs. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and backend engineers to translate intricate business rules—pricing, eligibility, and plan logic—into scalable, maintainable user experiences. While the role includes full-stack ownership, the majority of your impact will come through front-end architecture, component design, and workflow clarity
.
- Design, build, and maintain Angular applications supporting treatment planning, plan configuration, and eligibility workflows.
- Develop complex, dynamic UI workflows including multi-step forms, conditional logic, validation, and draft-to-publish experiences.
- Create modular, reusable component systems that enable configurable plan templates and provider customization.
- Manage state, asynchronous data flows, and side effects using Angular and RxJS best practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and usability of provider-facing tools used in real-world healthcare settings.
- Implement and maintain front-end testing (unit and end-to-end) to ensure quality and confidence in releases.
- Integrate Angular applications with .NET-based APIs that power pricing, eligibility, and plan rules.
- Collaborate with backend and architecture teams on API design, contracts, and data models
. - Contribute to backend development in C# /
ASP.NET as needed to support feature delivery. - Work with Dev Ops to support CI/CD pipelines
, test environments, and reliable deployments. - Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Strong experience with Angular
, including component architecture, forms, services, and RxJS. - Proficiency in Type Script and modern JavaScript.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end testing practices and tools.
- Ability to translate complex business rules into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience with C#,
ASP.NET and SQL in a full-stack environment. - Exposure to healthcare, fintech, eligibility, or benefits-driven systems.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with API-first or Domain-Driven Design approaches.
- Enjoys solving complex problems where business logic, UX, and data intersect

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
