We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with over 8 years of robust development expertise to lead and contribute to our core projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Mongo

DB, Kafka, and modern coding tools like Git Hub Copilot. This role offers opportunities to work on innovative systems and influence critical technology decisions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices.
• Implement RESTful APIs and backend solutions leveraging Spring Boot.
• Integrate and manage messaging workflows with Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Review, optimize, and refactor code for better performance and maintainability.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Utilize Git Hub Copilot and other AI-powered tools to enhance development productivity.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain high standards of security, reliability, and scalability.

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and associated Spring Projects.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Mongo

• Proven expertise with Kafka or similar message brokers.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git/Git Hub.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Git Hub Copilot.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and collaborative mindset.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or other programming languages is a plus.
