Employer Industry: Electrical Training and Education

• Lead expert‑level training sessions for electricians, technicians, and engineers in both classroom and hands‑on settings
• Design and update technical training materials aligned with industry standards
• Instill safe work practices and safety standards in all training sessions
• Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to help others grow in their careers
• Collaborate with industry peers to continuously enhance training programs

• 7-10+ years of experience as an industrial electrician, high‑voltage tester, or electrical engineer
• 3-5 years of experience in a training or mentorship capacity
• Hands‑on experience with high‑voltage systems, switch gear, and renewable energy systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, diagnostics, and safety practices
• Proficient in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Journeyperson Electrician or Electrical Trade Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Certified Trainer (CPT, CPLP, or similar)
• NFPA 70E or CSA Z462 Instructor Certification
