About the Opportunity
As a Commercial Journeyman Electrician, you'll play a key role in powering some of the most important facilities across Dallas-Fort Worth. From ground-up construction to complex industrial installs, your experience will directly impact high-visibility projects across the metroplex.
You'll be working on:
Large-scale commercial construction projects
Medical and healthcare facilities
Industrial installations
Institutional developments
Design-build electrical systems
What You'll Do
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Install complete electrical systems in commercial environments
Bend and install EMT and Rigid conduit (sweeps, offsets, 3 & 4-point saddles)
Pull and terminate feeders and branch circuits
Install panels, switch gear, transformers, lighting systems, and controls
Troubleshoot electrical systems using test instruments (ammeter, voltmeter, ohmmeter)
Install motors, cable tray, and duct banks
Calculate circuit loads and ensure NEC compliance
Work independently or alongside a crew to keep projects on schedule
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial electrical installation experience
Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License
Strong conduit bending and wire termination skills
Ability to read and work from prints without constant supervision
Experience troubleshooting and testing electrical systems
Knowledge of NEC and commercial job site safety practices
Lead or crew leadership experience is a strong plus
