Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you will receive daily work instructions and work orders, guiding your tasks for the day. Your primary role involves preparing trailers and units for delivery, maintaining units and furniture, and using hand and power tools to carry out repairs and servicing.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare trailers and units for delivery.
Maintain units and furniture.
Load and unload furniture onto the units.
Utilize hand and power tools for repairs and servicing.
Perform basic grounds maintenance.
Pay high attention to detail and document work throughout the day.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
Report issues promptly.
Maintain a safety mindset throughout the day.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
1-3 years of construction experience.
Mechanically inclined.
Ability to read and interpret work orders.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production and assembly.
Familiarity with carpentry and hand tools.

Work in a non-climate controlled environment with 25-35 colleagues in production. Steel toes are required as you will be moving in and out of the warehouse and exposed to the elements while loading and unloading trailers. The standard working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional shifts extending to 5:00 PM and working some Saturdays.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
