Essential Functions:
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Responds to customers' needs in a professional and urgent manner, satisfying their requirements and meeting organizational and departmental objectives.
- Inspects and diagnoses cranes and related equipment technical problems in a professional, accurate, efficient, and timely manner to satisfy customers'
- Prepares cranes and related equipment for service work utilizing proper safety procedures (locks, blocking, lock-out procedures, etc.) to avoid injury.
- Removes and replaces crane and related equipment components utilizing required technical data and procedures to repair equipment to organization and industry standards.
- Maintains technical proficiency through self-study and/or successful completion of required training courses to increase job related competencies.
- Maintain and control company property and resources in a manner to ensure safety, cleanliness, reliability, and minimal expense.
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Frequently moves materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ascends/descends with gradual or continuous progress by oneself, using both hands and feet and climbs up and down ladders and/or equipment
- Be able to maneuver safely and work underneath equipment
- Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
- Regularly works outdoor and indoor around moving mechanical parts
- May be exposed to weather extremes when working outside in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and full sun.
- Noise level may be loud at times, and proper PPE will be required such as in ear, ear plugs or over the ear protection
- Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, dust, steam, high-pressure water, and high-speed rotating equipment
- Requires wearing common protective or safety equipment
- Required to perform work in cramped spaces and/or high places
