Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and policy violations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and medical situations calmly and coordinate with site management and emergency services as needed;
Monitor and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns with accurate reports and updates;
Support access control and security-related screening, including observing entry points and monitoring camera systems
