• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and client policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skill.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas as required.
• Report unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues during patrols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement during emergencies and incidents.
• Remain alert to environmental changes that may impact security procedures or emergency response protocols.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
