This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Irving, TX. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, coordinating client communications, maintaining sales records, and organizing sales documentation. Other duties include assisting with the planning and execution of events, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.

This role requires close coordination with different departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and cultivating customer relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and related activities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or service-related fields is advantageous
