What You'll Own & AchieveBe the spark
Launch high-volume outbound outreach (50–60 calls per day, plus email and other touchpoints) to hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations. Every conversation you start builds momentum for growth.
Fuel the pipelineQualify decision‑makers, uncover basic needs, and generate interest in Caliber’s staffing solutions—turning outreach into real opportunities.
Set the stage for winsSchedule high‑quality discovery meetings for Business Development Consultants and Directors (8+ per month) and ensure smooth handoffs that lead to closed business.
Activity with purposeConsistently meet daily outreach goals and monthly meeting targets. Discipline and consistency are your competitive edge.
Keep CRM clean and current—logging outreach, tracking follow‑ups, and maintaining organized lead records for accurate pipeline visibility.
Partner to winWork closely with Business Development leaders to align on targeting, qualification criteria, and messaging. Share insights from the field to continuously improve results.

What You Bring to the Table- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience in outbound sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting is a plus
- Confidence and resilience with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Strong verbal communication and professional presence
- Comfort using CRM tools and managing activity metrics
- Self‑motivated, goal-driven, and highly coachable
- Energized by a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment
