JOB TITLE: Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: VP of Business Development
LOCATION: Hybrid DFW
The Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator supports the sales organization by providing day‑to‑day administrative, coordination, and execution support that enables sales teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate sales data, supporting pipeline management, coordinating sales materials and follow‑up, and serving as a key liaison between Sales, Account Management and Operations.
In addition to sales support, this person provides tactical marketing assistance, including maintaining sales collateral, supporting trade shows or sales initiatives, and assisting with basic marketing updates as needed. This role is highly detail‑orientated, execution focused, and essential to ensuring sales commitments are tracked, communicated, and supported across the organization.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a fast‑paced sales environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Support sales executives with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate sales materials, proposals, and presentations
- Schedule meetings, demos, follow‑ups
- Support Sales Help Desk management
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Account Management
- Update sales collateral and marketing materials as directed
- Assist with trade shows, events, and sales enablement activities
- Support email campaigns or announcements related to sales initiatives
- Website maintenance support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in administration supporting sales function
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative tools and platforms (e.g., , Power Point, Microsoft, Zapier, Active Campaign, Word Press, Canva, Linked In, Mailchimp or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting or managing trade shows and events
- Data‑driven mindset for tracking KPIs and optimizing marketing performance
