Sales Representative (Account Executive) for the Fort Lauderdale, FL area
Must have Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry, including MRO or parts sales (brokerage), or related fields such as customer service or supply chain.
Location: Full-time, in-office (Travel required 25–30%, based on location)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional sales skills , a proven track record of exceeding quotas , and deep knowledge of the aviation industry , specifically in MRO or parts sales .
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential customers using various prospecting methods.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Communicate the value of products/services to both potential and existing customers.
- Conduct software demonstrations to showcase functionality and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools (Hub Spot) and the Microsoft Office Suite to track daily activities and report to management.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry , including MRO or parts sales (brokerage) , or related fields such as customer service or supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills .
- Proven experience in exceeding sales quotas .
- Strong negotiation and closing skills .
- In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and software solutions .
- Proficiency with CRM software (Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite .
- Ability to travel 25–30% for customer meetings and industry events.
