We’re looking for Licensed Insurance Agents who demonstrate integrity, sales excellence, and customer care in every interaction. Applicants must hold an active Florida 2‑20 License or Texas General Lines P&C License and be willing to obtain a Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire.

With a competitive base salary plus commissions, agents can expect typical annual earnings between $50,000–$130,000+, with top performers having the potential to earn well over $100,000.
What You’ll Do- Consult, Qualify & Close:
Engage warm inbound and outbound leads, uncover coverage needs through strategic discovery, and guide clients to the right coverage using our proprietary MY180 platform. - Own the Full Sales Cycle:
Serve as a trusted advisor from initial contact to policy issuance, leading clients comprehensively through the quoting and binding process while ensuring they are fully informed about coverage options, policy terms, exclusions, and subsequent steps. - Document Thoroughly:
Capture every call, outcome, quote, and client detail using structured workflows, call scripts, and compliance protocols. - Leverage Tools:
Operate efficiently with Hub Spot CRM, Ring Central phone system, and MY180 quoting software to manage your book and meet service‑level expectations. - Stay Compliant:
Follow established workflows, documentation, licensing requirements, surplus lines documentation rules, and regulatory standards. - Track & Improve:
Use Hub Spot CRM to manage your pipeline, provided scripts, automation tools, and performance goals. - Meet & Exceed Goals:
Consistently hit KPIs in areas such as policy volume, premium, conversion rates, retention, and documentation accuracy. - Cross‑Sell Strategically:
Recommend additional coverages in alignment with underwriting guidelines and customer needs. - Partner Cross‑Functionally:
Collaborate with Sales leadership, Underwriting, Marketing, and Analytics to improve customer outcomes and optimize internal workflows. - Contribute to a Winning Culture:
Share best practices, support teammates, and help build a high‑performing sales organization from the ground up.
- Required Licenses:
Active Florida 2‑20 License or Texas General Lines P&C License before the start date. - Excellent standing with the state DOI.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire.
- At least 2 years of consultative personal lines P&C insurance sales, ideally within a call center or direct‑to‑consumer environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving quota‑based performance.
- Experience using a CRM like Hub Spot, familiarity with quoting systems, and multi‑line product offerings.
- Understanding of homeowners insurance coverages, deductibles, limitations, and exclusions.
- Strong communication, discovery, and objection‑handling skills.
