In this role, you will achieve significant sales achievements by orchestrating business development activities across all verticals, driving substantial revenue growth. You will establish yourself as an industry authority, building strong, consultative relationships with key decision‑makers and closing multiple enterprise sales each year, directly impacting Epsilon’s success and market position. By leading accounts effectively and delivering tailored presentations, you will demonstrate how our solutions address clients’ needs and help them succeed.
Your strategic negotiation and contract closure will secure favorable terms, while staying ahead of market trends ensures Epsilon remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. MBA or equivalent preferred. - Professional
Experience:
Minimum 15+ years in sales roles with substantial exposure to new business development/new logo sales. - Seasoned Sales Professional:
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing leadership in Mar Tech and AdTech. - Experienced in Territory Management:
Extensive experience leading geographic or account‑based territories, generating new business and closing enterprise‑level sales. - Leadership & Trusted Consultant:
Ability to build lasting relationships, positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner. - Skilled in Tailored Sales Presentations:
Build and deliver presentations that address clients’ challenges and showcase benefits. - Strategic Negotiator:
Proficient in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring advantageous outcomes for both parties. - Adaptable & Forward‑Thinking:
Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain leadership position. - Dynamic & Committed:
Drive immediate sales success while contributing to long‑term growth and partnership goals.
- Validated Revenue Growth:
Known for driving substantial growth in Mar Tech/AdTech space. - Extensive Territory Management:
Proven ability to lead both geographic and account‑based territories, generating new business and closing high‑value deals. - Leadership
Experience:
Recognized as a team leader inside and outside of a player‑coach role; trusted leader in Mar Tech/AdTech. - Customized Sales Approach:
Expertise in crafting and delivering tailored presentations that address client needs. - Industry Insight & Adaptability:
Keeps pace with trends, ensuring Epsilon’s competitive edge in enterprise sales. - Commitment to Excellence:
Dynamic, committed approach that drives immediate sales and supports long‑term partnership objectives.
Base Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 (Depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and employment laws). Bonus or incentive compensation may apply.
