What You’ll DoLead and develop a team of Regional Account Managers to hit revenue and profit goals across multi-location food-service customers (restaurants, grocers, convenience stores, entertainment venues, hotels, automotive). You’ll set territory strategy, coach deal execution, and drive a high-discipline sales culture.
- Build and execute territory sales plans for each region (targets, sales cycles, revenue, decision dates, implementation dates).
- Present territory plans/results to the AVP, Regional Account Solutions
. - Own team CRM discipline
; maintain a 10× pipeline vs. sales goal and accurate stages/values (# of locations, realistic close dates). - Coach the team on executive relationship building
, discovery, proposals/RFPs, pricing, objection handling, and closing. - Support creation/presentation of Quarterly Service Reports
; join key customer/prospect meetings. - Run weekly pipeline/KPI reviews
; lead team meetings and strategy sessions. - Assist with contract review/negotiation and implementation guidance
; resolve intercompany issues (e.g., billing). - Ensure timely weekly call plans/results
, target updates, and monthly sales plan submissions. - Partner closely with field operations and corporate teams; operate within pricing/products/services guidelines.
- 5+ years B2B sales with 2+ years successful sales leadership
. - Multi-location/regional or national account experience in Restaurant/Grocery/Retail
. - Proven success across short/medium/long sales cycles; strong appointment-setting experience.
- Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office
; analytical, organized, detail-oriented. - Exceptional communication, listening, and leadership; sound decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, high energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment; continuous improvement mindset.
- Industry knowledge of environmental waste disposal, regulations, transportation, and liquid waste treatment preferred

- General office conditions; periods of sitting; some light lifting/bending.
- Travel: approximately 50%, including frequent overnight trips.
