We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our locum tenens team. This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters.

- Experience &
Education:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting, sales, or account management, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Communication & Sales Orientation: Strong communication skills with a sales‑oriented mindset, capable of connecting with diverse personalities and driving results.
- Adaptability & Quick Thinking: Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and engage effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Excellence & References: Demonstrated job excellence backed by strong references, showcasing a successful and tenacious work ethic.

The US total compensation range for this full‑time position is inclusive of salary + commissions. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
