• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Ensure store standards, Redbook compliance, and company programs meet expectations.
• Maintain the front‑end, entrance, and exterior of the building.
• Provide daily tasks and productivity guidance to Associates.
• Organize and maintain office areas.
• Support Door‑to‑Floor process and merchandising initiatives.
• Complete monthly Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) and alarm test; follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead monthly safety meetings with store Associates.
• Maintain customer service standards.
• Execute price changes per company guidelines.
• Coaching, training, evaluating, supervising, and scheduling store Associates.
• Open and close the store when needed.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie's Army sign‑ups.
• Recruit, hire, interview, select, and onboard candidates.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory retail experience in a mid‑size to large retail or service business.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Professional workplace management skills.
• Sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize and prioritize tasks within strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry terms and processes.
