• Schedule: Weekends as needed;
  Evenings as needed;

• Shifts: Day shift, mid-shift, and night shifts (currently seeking candidates)

Welcome to Milkshakes & More – a small, family-owned café-style shop offering a range of beverages and desserts. Our menu includes milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, espresso drinks, desserts, and gourmet chocolates. We value faith, family, and fun, and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons and team members alike. We are opening our first Milkshakes & More location in Irving, TX.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, espresso) following standard recipes or customizing to customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including workstations, seating areas, kitchen, restrooms, and front of shop.

• No prior experience required, but any experience as a barista or with milkshakes, smoothies, and boba teas is a benefit.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; be available to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays).
• Prepare and serve beverages (milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, espresso) per recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere through clear and friendly communication.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the café, including workstations, seating areas, kitchen, restrooms, and front of shop.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships with teammates and connect with customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
