The responsibilities of the beverage champion include:

50% of time spent on beverage production & 50% spent on hospitality and overall guest experience.

Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales, and managing customer issues.

Crafting a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations.

Ensuring all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly

Drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment.

Engage with customers, guiding them through the menu ordering process and recommending favorites to try.

Follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Managing the Beverage area, maintaining quality standards and monitoring all service equipment

Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.

Champions recognition and motivation efforts, works as a team to deliver elevated experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves serving up great-tasting products and meaningful customer experience-often all at once! If you're energized by variety and can juggle tasks without missing a beat, you'll feel right at home in the Live Más Café.

Must be at least 16 years of age

Restaurant experience and beverage production preferred

Comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage drink accuracy, timing, and presentation all at once

Ability to recognize when and how to shift to secondary duties without compromising service

Dependable and reliable transportation required

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed

Consistent attendance and punctuality required

Ability to operate a cash register and make change

Basic math skills

Completion of training certification

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Team-oriented mindset

Pay range for this job is $14-$22 per hour. This is nationwide average that will depend on geographic location and experience.
