• Knowledge of allergens (peanut, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish)
• Basic knife skills a plus
• Minimum 18 years old
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
• Ability to stand or walk for 8–9 hours and lift up to 10 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of hire
• All Shift Leaders & Managers must complete and pass food safety certification (Serv Safe, National Restaurant Association, etc.)

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently
• Ensure security procedures and back‑of‑house procedural standards are followed
• Count drawers and perform daily cash handling procedures
• Prepare finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.) efficiently and with quality
• Maintain health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and overall safety
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and utensils; take out trash
• Operate cash register, handle and balance cash
• Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
• Other duties as assigned
