Lab Assistant

Responsibilities

Laboratory Assistant will work directly with the Chemist. Will sample and test food products, report data, document and keep records of raw materials and tests done. Will spend 50% on the production floor and 50% in the lab.

Monday - Friday / 6am - 3pm

• Associates or Bachelors of Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science)
  NEW GRADS WELCOMED
• Lab testing experience with raw materials from school or work - MUST be familiar with pH, viscosity and titrations, HPLC, weighing samples
• Excellent computer and math skills - including Excel and Word knowledge
• Minimum 1 year experience of QA/QC experience OR 1 year of work experience in a fast paced role (restaurant or retail)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Irving,TX.
