As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Villages on Mac Arthur, you will work an 8‑hour shift, providing our residents with personal care, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for its achievements and contributions.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise the supervising charge nurse of resident status at the beginning and end of shift.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.

• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within policy and procedure parameters তি?
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
• Comply with procedures for safe lifting and/or transfer of residents per policy.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
