Position: RN NICU FT Nights

Overview

Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Irving as a Registered Nurse in our NICU. This role offers relocation assistance for eligible candidates and features 3 night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The NICU is a fast-paced environment with opportunities for learning, mentoring, and growth within a supportive leadership team.

NICU – 3 Night shifts a week, 7p–7a. Our NICU serves high-acuity patients and emphasizes ongoing learning and staff development.

Patient Population and Department Details
  • Patient Population: Care for newborns greater than 32 weeks gestation on bubble, CPAP, lines, meds, admission, discharge, etc.
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1–3
  • Number of Beds: 10 beds
  • Department Specifics: Level II NICU, self-scheduling, neonatologist on call 24/7, neonatal nurse practitioner in-house 24/7. We foster a culture of belonging, teamwork, and a family-like environment.

Registered Nurse Requirements
  • 2 years of RN experience in NICU nursing
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • RN – Registered Nurse license
  • BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
