Job SummaryCaterpillar’s Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Consultant for our Dallas, TX location. While Dallas, TX is the primary location, Houston, TX may be considered for highly qualified applicants, with the understanding that the workspace would be a hoteling desk. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner in shaping how we bring Cat†Reman to market within the Power and Energy industries.
You will lead the development and execution of modern, integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our competitive position and drive measurable impact.
You will be expected to think differently—seeking to understand the why behind business objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics, and translating insight into action. You will bring forward new ideas and leverage tools such as Workfront, Adobe Express, and Allocadia to enable more effective planning, execution, and measurement across campaigns and channels. Success requires close collaboration with the Cat Reman Power & Energy team and industry marketing partners across Electric Power, Industrial, Marine, and Oil & Gas divisions, as well as a strategic and nimble mindset to support the long‑tail for our On-Highway Truck business in partnership with Sales.
Key Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)- Strategic Analysis and Alignment:
Analyze business objectives and opportunities to develop and align marketing strategies for P&E segments and On-Highway Truck, ensuring they are both impactful and aligned with our goals. - Campaign Development and Execution:
Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive engagement. - Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies, and suggest necessary interventions for continuous improvement. - Product-Specific Content:
Develop product-specific content that aligns with industry needs and showcases our advantage. - Effective Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication within the Cat Reman Aftermarket Sales and Marketing department, ensuring alignment with changing organizational scenarios. Foster and grow communications with partner business units and dealers. - Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets effectively to execute aligned marketing efforts. Partner with Industry marketing teams to maximize available budget collaboratively. - Innovative Thinking & Marketing Enablement:
Seek to understand the why behind business objectives and customer needs, bring forward new ideas, and leverage tools such as Workfront, Adobe Express, and Allocadia to enable more effective planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing strategies.
