Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Contract – Onsite in Irving, TX)

Location: Irving, TX (4 days/week onsite)

Role Type: W2 contract, 40 hours/week

Duration: 90–120 days with potential extension

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, category‑leading food & beverage brand that’s undergoing an exciting transformation under new executive leadership. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping brand growth strategy during a pivotal time of change and innovation.

You’ll act as a true generalist, owning strategy and execution across brand marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with senior leadership to ensure brand consistency, optimize go‑to‑market strategies, and support continued growth in 2026.

• Partner with senior leaders to define and execute brand strategy across multiple product categories
• Lead end‑to‑end brand marketing initiatives – from insights and innovation to activation and measurement
• Drive alignment across Product, Pricing, Distribution, and Promotion strategies
• Support communications planning, brand positioning, and creative development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure nimble, high‑impact execution in a fast‑paced environment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs

• 10+ years of experience in brand or marketing leadership within CPG or Food & Beverage
• Proven success leading brand growth initiatives across multiple product lines
• Experience navigating change and ambiguity in a high‑growth or transformational environment
• Based in or willing to commute to Irving, TX (onsite Monday–Thursday)
