Qualifications: Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must complete a pre‑employment physical and drug test. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift, and twist. Must be available to work overtime as required.
Essential Functions- Produce and build cardboard boxes for packing out finished product and supply boxes to the production line.
- Pack finished products into boxes (6 boxes/1 minute of 40 lbs. or 8 boxes/1 minute of 30 lbs.).
- Palletize finished boxed product (40–50 boxes per pallet) every 5 minutes and stage the following pallet of product.
- Guide the finished product box through the double‑sided tape machine and secure a good seal (8 boxes per minute).
- Move pallets to and from designated areas.
- Operate and work rapidly in this position while practicing all safety rules and regulations.
- Communicate with management when there are concerns regarding production, safety, or employee relations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.
- Lifting totes and emptying.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Working ConditionsHigh noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
