As a Shell Fabrication Operator, you’ll play a vital role in creating breast implants, collaborating in a dynamic, cleanroom environment to support those on the path to healing and hope.

• Pay Rate: $17.50/hr (Day Shift) | $18.50/hr (Night Shift)
• Shift: Rotating 12‑hour shifts; enjoy a 3‑day weekend every other week
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Skillfully assemble and inspect shell linings used in breast implants
• Maintain precision and quality in a fast‑paced, repetitive production setting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred
