Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Must be able and available to work overtime as required.
Job SummaryEssential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
Correct & safe operation of equipment & machinery, troubleshooting, engine maintenance, conveyors & systems.
- Obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and the Company rules and regulations.
- Know shop mathematics, able to interpret drawings, and be able to use tools required.
- Intermediate knowledge/experience in electrical wiring, diagrams & troubleshooting.
- Welding – show ability to weld or ability to learn.
- Hydraulics – circuits and components.
- Pneumatics – full systems.
- Automatic Equipment Operation (setup, repair, and tear down).
- PLC operation.
- Proficiency in the above skills plus other related skills.
- Lift 50lbs to 70lbs continuously/daily if needed.
- Good communication skills (written and oral).
- Work weekends and overtime.
- Communicate with management regarding production, safety, employee relations concerns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production demands.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience1 year minimum work experience

Working ConditionsHigh noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
