ALOFT LAS COLINAS is seeking a full‑time Director of Sales Marketing to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies at our location in Irving, TX. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Sales Marketing will oversee daily sales operations, develop strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth. This on‑site role also includes managing and mentoring the sales team, executing marketing initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve revenue goals and elevate customer experiences.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations with strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to build long‑lasting client relationships
• Strong skills in Team Management and ability to inspire and lead a sales team to achieve targets
• Experience in Business Development with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
