• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team to define and prioritize the company’s long‑term growth strategy, including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and potential divestitures.
• Lead the evaluation of strategic adjacencies, new markets, and diversification opportunities that align with enterprise priorities.
• Serve as a thought partner in shaping portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and long‑range planning.נטרותבניתקנאָ
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the LBM and broader building materials sectors.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end M&A process, from pipeline development and target outreach through valuation, negotiation, and integration.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with target company executives, investment bankers, private equity firms, and industry leaders to source opportunities.
• Lead investment committeeлім пош ринът presentations, ensuring rigorous financial, operational, and cultural assessment of each opportunity.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and division teams to negotiate deal terms, structure, and closing conditions.

• Ensure seamless post‑close integration planning and execution in collaboration with business and functional leaders.
• Monitor and measure synergy realization and performance against deal models.
• Establish consistent processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks for due diligence and integration management.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Corporate Development team, including M&A, integration, and strategic development professionals.
• Foster a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Serve as a visible enterprise leader who models partnership across functions and champions disciplined, data‑driven decision making.

• Manage corporate development reporting and communications for the Executive Leadership campaigns and Board of Directors.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, external regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Partner closely with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to support messaging related equence growth initiativesroveň.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success leading complex M&A transactions in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or building materials sectors.
• Proven experience advising or influencing executive leadership and Boards on strategic investments.
