A snapshot of your roleAs the VP of Workforce Enablement, you will head up Workforce, Quality & Talent Acquisition (Philippines) teams. You will be accountable for enterprise‑wide workforce enablement functions that underpin Acquire Intelligence’s operational performance and growth. You will lead Global Workforce Management, Quality and Quality Assurance, and the Philippines Talent Acquisition function, ensuring workforce supply, service quality, and operational efficiency are aligned to business demand and client commitments.
This role ensures the right people are hired at the right time, at the right cost, and to the right standard, while continuously improving productivity, quality outcomes, and speed‑to‑market through automation, AI, and disciplined governance.
You will operate as a strategic partner to Operations, People & Culture, IT, and Client leaders, supporting scalable growth, risk management, and sustained service excellence.
Key accountabilities- Identify and implement automation and AI solutions that reduce manual effort and improve responsiveness across workforce planning, quality assurance, and talent acquisition.
- Drive data‑led decision‑making through integrated dashboards and reporting covering capacity, hiring, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to scale digital workforce and recruitment platforms and improve internal user experience.
- Embed continuous improvement practices across Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and Talent Acquisition operations.
- Deliver measurable value for clients through quality improvement initiatives and workforce optimization programs.
- Lead and develop leaders across Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and Philippines Talent Acquisition.
- Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
- Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, People & Culture, IT, Finance, and Client teams.
- Coach leaders to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and scale capability sustainably.
- Standardise and optimise core workflows across workforce planning, quality assurance, and recruitment.
- Strengthen governance, controls, and compliance to reduce operational and delivery risk.
- Ensure systems, data integrity, and reporting are accurate, integrated, and decision‑ready.
- Lead enterprise initiatives focused on automation, compliance, workforce scalability, and service optimisation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and outcomes to ensure successful adoption and measurable impact.
- Provide regular executive‑level reporting on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Operational continuity with workforce supply aligned to demand.
- On‑time delivery of client ramps and growth programs.
- Achievement of workforce, quality, and talent acquisition KPIs including fill rate, quality of hire, recruiter productivity, and cost per recruit.
- High‑performing, engaged Workforce Management, Quality, and Talent Acquisition teams.
