The Director of Learning Programs for Leadership Development plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s enterprise wide leadership learning and development strategy to meet evolving business needs. This strategic leader is responsible for designing and scaling innovative learning solutions that drive leadership excellence, organizational capability and performance. The role leads the development of cutting-edge content strategies, leveraging AI, social learning, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and retention.
The Director oversees a high-performing team including a centralized cadre of facilitators, partners with key stakeholders to align leadership learning initiatives with business goals and ensures continuous improvement through robust evaluation metrics. Key responsibilities include managing active and in-development leadership programs, building a dynamic skills taxonomy, and fostering a culture of continuous development across the enterprise.
- Strategic Content and Learning Development
- Scalable Content Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to quickly scale and build leadership learning content that aligns with organizational objectives. - Innovative Learning Models:
Establish models and frameworks for innovative learning, incorporating current trends such as social learning and AI simulations to enhance engagement and effectiveness. - Leadership Program Lifecycle:
Manage the full portfolio of active leadership programs while overseeing the design and pilot phases of in-development initiatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of growth. - Skill Reinforcement:
Implement methods to reinforce leadership skills and behaviors beyond the learning event, ensuring long-term impact and application.

Conduct performance and learning consultations with the business, teaching and coaching consulting skills within the team. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

Minimum QualificationsRequired:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in learning and development roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position overseeing learning programs and teams. - Systems and Tools:
Expertise in Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools. Familiarity with AI-driven learning technologies and simulations.
Preferred:
