Accounts Payable Leadership Opportunities – Shared Services | Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $90,000 –$100,000 base + bonus

Industry: High-growth, multi-entity Shared Services organization

A multi-billion company is building out a Shared Services Accounts Payable organization to support rapid growth and upcoming acquisitions. We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Supervisors to lead and grow teams across Vendor Relations, Disbursements, and Travel & Expense (T&E) functions. These roles are ideal for hands-on AP leaders who thrive in a dynamic, growing environment and can adapt to evolving priorities.

• Oversee AP operations, including invoice processing, check runs, and payment disbursements
• Manage vendor master data, W-9 validation, and 1099 compliance
• Lead vendor onboarding, TIN matching, and ongoing vendor outreach
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and adoption of automation systems (e.g., OCR tools, ERP platforms)
• Supervise, coach, and develop AP teams, fostering high performance and collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial compliance

• 3+ years of management experience leading teams of 5+
• Strong background in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, Disbursements, or T&E
• High-volume AP experience, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or similar industries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities
