As the Service and Parts Manager, Ride Hail, you will lead a team responsible for the overall performance of the preventative maintenance and service repair of autonomous ride‑hail fleet. Your work will focus on maximizing fleet utilization and profitability while ensuring customers in the Dallas market have access to clean, well‑maintained autonomous vehicles when needed.

• Develop, implement, and communicate operating plans to maximize fleet utilization in line with business and company guidelines, while overseeing, directing, and controlling the preventive maintenance programs specific to autonomous ride‑hail vehicles, including sensor calibration, system integrity checks, and compliance with autonomous vehicle safety standards.
• Manage team performance against the business plan by setting, communicating, monitoring, and updating goals for key performance indicators, including technician productivity, response time, out‑of‑service time, warranty recovery versus parts and labor, vendor cycle time, and the accuracy and quality of autonomous ride‑hail vehicle system repairs and calibrations.
• Assess the out‑of‑service area daily to prioritize autonomous ride‑hail vehicles for repair or salvage, ensuring work is assigned appropriately to maintain service availability.
• Ensure all repair orders, including those involving system components, are completed and processed in accordance with established guidelines and compliance standards.
• Ensure timely completion of recalls, preventative maintenance, and quality of vehicle repairs, including those involving sensors and software updates, while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Forecast, budget, and manage key financial drivers including, but not limited to, S&W per day and warranty recovery.
• Select, manage, and maintain relationships with body shops and repair vendors, including negotiating rates, conducting semi‑annual audits, and ensuring service levels, quality standards, and vendor compliance are met. Oversee purchase order use, receipt of services/goods, invoice processing, and ensure vendor insurance policies remain current.

• Manage all areas of the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, recognition, motivation, development, and performance management to enable a high‑performance culture.
• Manage all facets of employee relations, including, but not limited to, implementing HR policies and practices in a consistent and fair manner, in accordance with Company policies and partnering with Human Resources Business Partners where appropriate.
• Provide a safe work environment by ensuring all safety policies and practices are followed and maintained, partnering with Safety where appropriate.

• High School diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred (or equivalent in education, training or experience).
• 2+ years’ experience in a related field (supply chain operations, logistics, fleet management, rental car, ride‑hail, mobility services or related service industries) of progressive operations and logistics management, including managing a team of people.
