• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project, Jira, or other software as required by Körber for both quote and execution phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather task input, dependencies, durations, and milestones.
• Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to schedule performance, including baselines, critical path, and milestones.
• Provide regular reporting and updates on schedule health, variances, and forecasts to Project Management and Leadership.
• Support schedule reviews, scenario planning, and recovery plans when delays or risks are identified.
• Format and communicate schedule data in a clear and actionable way to various internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain multiple small, medium, and large‑scale project schedules simultaneously, with task counts upwards of 5,000.
• Ensure schedule alignment with procurement, engineering, and installation timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling aligned with the responsibilities of this position is required; 10 or more years is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in high‑demand, fast‑paced customer environments.
• Familiarity with schedule integration in ERP or project management systems.
• Knowledge in project scheduling consistent with the duties and responsibilities of this position, with strong expertise in Microsoft Project. Jira knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex schedules for large‑scale material handling, oil & gas, or construction industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of material handling systems, mechanical installations, or construction scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence project outcomes through schedule clarity and control, as well as contributing own ideas for improved execution efficiency.
• Project Management or Scheduling Certification (PMP, PMI‑SP) is a plus.
