Louis Vuitton invites you to apply for the role of Director of Operational Transformation & Innovation. You will lead strategy development, implementation of operational capabilities, and drive innovation across the Client Services organization.

Job Responsibilities- Lead and innovate: drive process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
- Performance excellence: establish performance metrics and monitor KPIs to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collaboration:
collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and foster productivity. - Expert guidance: provide expert guidance and support to project teams utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Talent development: develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Strategic alignment: work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure initiatives align with broader organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and inspiring teams at all levels. The candidate should have more than five years of experience managing and coaching both individual contributors and leaders. They should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing innovative solutions to drive operational excellence, and have proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a data‑driven approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish would be highly helpful.
- Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems which are essential for modernizing operations.
