We are seeking a high-impact Sales Leader with deep experience selling enterprise technology, SaaS platforms, and AI-driven software solutions. This leader will build, scale, and lead a world-class sales organization focused on driving revenue growth with top-tier enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies, building high-performing sales teams, and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies in fast-growing technology environments.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Develop and execute the company’s enterprise sales strategy across SaaS and AI product lines
- Build and scale a high-performing sales organization (enterprise, mid-market, channel, SDR)
- Establish repeatable sales processes, forecasting rigor, and KPI accountability
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive pipeline growth and retention
- Own revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders
- Lead strategic account development within Fortune 500 / Global 2000 organizations
- Negotiate high-value SaaS contracts and enterprise agreements
- Engage C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO) in value-based selling conversations
- Position AI and SaaS solutions in competitive markets
- Represent the company at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- 5+ years leading and scaling SaaS sales teams
- Demonstrated success selling AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics platforms
- Experience selling into Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and complex sales cycles
- Experience selling at leading enterprise technology companies
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
- BA, MBA or advanced business/technical degree preferred
- Value-based and consultative sales methodology
- Executive presence and board-level communication
- Pipeline development and forecasting discipline
- Sales operations and CRM optimization
- Contract negotiation and deal structuring
