Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a QA Automation Consultant

Title: QA Automation Consultant

Position type: Full Time – Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Irving, TX

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure full coverage of business use cases.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
• Participate in code reviews and QA planning sessions.
• Leverage existing automation frameworks and contribute to their evolution.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Support regression testing and continuous integration efforts.

• Experience in software QA, with a mix of manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable test code.
• Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Pay Range: $48/hr to $55/hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
