* Administration, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the following hardware and devices + IBM FS7300 + Virtual input output server + Broadcom Brocade Switches + IBM Hardware Management Consoles
* High availability systems operations, scheduling, automation and support
* Vulnerability patching of operating system and associated components
* Storage & File Systems management
* Hardware Planning, Configuration and Incident Management
* Performance & Capacity Management
* System (COB) Continuity of Business processes and procedures
* Review requirement documents and update processes and procedures as necessary
* Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
* Perform impact analysis, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services
* Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
* 7 plus years of experience working on large, complex iSeries environments especially in Financial Services industry, with a proven track record of delivering results on time, operational process change and improvement.
* 5+ years of experience providing level 2/3 engineering support
* Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
