Lead Data Analyst

Key Accountabilities

• Developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives and drive insights that impact business decisions.
• Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
• Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as R or Python.
• Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

• 7-9 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Advanced experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Extensive experience in statistical software, such as R, SAS, or Python.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives.
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable.
• Experience developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Demonstrate advanced analytic skills and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to executive leadership.
