Position: Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1
Our client, a leading technology services provider, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations department supporting infrastructure and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance errors.
• Respond to program error messages by identifying and correcting issues or terminating programs.
• Assist programmers and systems analysts in testing and debugging new programs.
• Perform inventory management, cycle audits, and compliance activities.
• Execute shipping/receiving processes and manage destruction of data-bearing devices per documented procedures.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma AND 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment or related field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Previous experience working in a data center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-volume work activity.
