Aravo Solutions, Inc., provides leading third-party risk management (TPRM), ESG, and vendor lifecycle management solutions powered by intelligent automation software and designed to meet the needs of TPRM teams at Global 2000 enterprises.

At Aravo, we believe that in an increasingly interconnected world, managing risk is a critical pillar of global resilience. Traditional, manual approaches to TPRM can no longer keep pace with today’s scale and speed of disruption. That’s why we have pioneered an Intelligence-First™ approach.

Trusted by millions of third‑party users in 195+ countries, Aravo provides guidance for the most complex third‑party networks in the world, helping them mitigate risk, build business resilience, and protect their reputations. We are fundamentally redesigning how organizations see, understand, and act on risk by embedding AI directly into the core of their workflows.

Joining Aravo means working at the forefront of AI in TPRM and collaborating with a team that views AI as a partner, not a replacement. You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, leverage the latest technologies, and contribute to shaping the future of third‑party risk management!

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior TPRM Advisory Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate serves as a trusted Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) domain expert, partnering with Aravo Sales and Aravo enterprise clients to help design, operationalize, and evolve scalable third‑party risk programs using the Aravo platform. This role will be for professionals with hands‑on experience owning, advising, or operating TPRM programs who are looking to apply their expertise in a consultative, client‑facing capacity.

The Consultant works closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to translate real‑world TPRM challenges, including regulatory expectations, operational constraints, and organizational change, into effective, demonstrable Aravo‑enabled solutions. They will have exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a TPRM subject matter expert during sales and solution design engagements, advising clients on program structure, governance models, and risk lifecycle best practices.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on TPRM maturity, regulatory drivers, risk domains, and operating models, not just product capabilities.
  • Translate client TPRM requirements (e.g., inherent risk models, due diligence workflows, issue management, ongoing monitoring, reporting) into practical, demonstrable Aravo configurations.
  • Advise clients on adherence to TPRM‑relevant industry standards and regulatory expectations, including (as applicable): OCC, EBA, PRA, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
  • Design and present solution architectures that reflect real‑world TPRM program challenges, tradeoffs, and operational realities.
  • Support executive‑level discussions by persuasively articulating program value, defensibility, and audit/regulatory readiness, not just system functionality.
  • Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise pursuits by contributing TPRM credibility, program insight, and risk‑based storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer teams to ensure continuity from solution vision to program execution.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Strategy teams based on observed gaps, emerging regulations, and practitioner needs.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Third‑Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk, or GRC, gained through:
    • In‑house enterprise roles (e.g., TPRM Lead, Vendor Risk Manager, Operational Risk Manager), or
    • Advisory/consulting roles supporting enterprise TPRM programs.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, managing, or advising on end‑to‑end TPRM programs, including:
    • Third‑party onboarding and segmentation
    • Inherent and residual risk assessment
