About the Role

We are seeking two experienced UX Designers to join the Commercial Banking team. In this role, you will lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Design Research & Strategy
, contributing to large-scale planning and digital product management deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring user-centered design practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support design research initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for digital products.
  • Plan and execute research methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Analyze research findings to identify user pain points, motivations, and preferences, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop personas and journey maps to communicate user insights effectively across teams.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle.
  • Present research results and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations, fostering a user-centered culture.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic and visual arts (work or military experience accepted).
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies using various tactics (e.g., personas, experience mapping, contextual research, UX measurement).
  • Experience in large bank or financial services environments (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with a strong understanding of applying Agile methodology to user journeys.
  • Experience in highly regulated, complex environments.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven setting with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
