Data Analyst

Irving, Texas

• Collect clean validate and analyze large datasets to support business decision‑making
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data and provide actionable recommendations
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support ongoing business initiatives and management requests
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reports and dashboards
• Document data definitions, metrics and analysis methodologies
• Qualifications Required Skills
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Solid understanding of Excel advanced formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile or fast‑paced business environments preferred
