- Assist during go‑live.
- Provide post‑implementation functional support.
- Procure to Pay.
- Order to Cash.
- Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Accounts Receivable.
- People Soft Query.
- UPK and AWE.
- Interfaces with Asset Management System, Order Management System, Banks, and Invoicing systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
