Project Manager Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and project management sector, is seeking a Project Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Project Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote (within US)

Pay Range: $56/hr to $60/hr on W2

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
• Partner with functional teams to define clear business requirements and project objectives.
• Lead teams of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Define test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing, and develop rollout strategies for project deployment.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven project management experience of 5+ years, with PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Strong people management and team-building skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, exercising sound judgment amidst changing priorities.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
