Salesforce Architect

Salary: $150,000 to $165,000 PA | Rate: $90/hr to $100/hr on C2H

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across security, integrations, and data governance.

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-performance technical designs
• Design enterprise-level architecture considering performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical blueprints

• Provide hands-on architectural guidance in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
• Review technical designs, code, and implementation to ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Mentor and guide developers, technical leads, and admins on best practices
• Drive reusability and standardization across Salesforce implementations

• Lead integration design and strategy with enterprise systems such as ERP, external CRMs, third-party applications, and middleware platforms
• Define and oversee data migration, data modeling, and data transformation strategies
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware tools

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000.

Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
